They are good for an exercising tool for at home workout or even in your own home.They come with a little storage bag that closes up and you can store in purse..key holders.pretty much any wheres due to the size. They are a very need and fun way to use during exercising.. Im very excited to use  these for my future at home exercising. I am very happy with them. I would definitely  recommend them to other:)
